EXETER MURAL TOUR
Exeter, a gateway destination to Sequoia National Park in central California, is known for its Mural Tour.
The historic brick buildings make a great surface for the 30+ large murals you will find as you stroll throughout the charming downtown district. The murals were painted by professional muralists from all over the country. This unique outdoor gallery reflect the history and culture of this pretty little town. The town adds 2-3 murals every year, through the efforts of the volunteer group, “Exeter-A Festival of Arts.” The murals depict the history and spirit of Exeter, and each one has hidden symbol or image. Be sure to visit the Mural Gallery & Gift Shop at 204 E. Pine Street, near The Wildflower Café.
