Sandy Boldt: Southern California Realtor
Based in Joshua Tree, Sandy Boldt has made the high desert region home for several years. From historic homesteads and secluded artist retreats to spacious family homes, land, and commercial properties, Sandy is your go-to realtor for the greater Morongo Basin region. Home to Joshua Tree National Park and gateway to Mojave Trails National Monument and Sand to Snow National Monument, the Morongo Basin is located in the Southern California Mojave Desert region near Palm Springs and Coachella Valley and is home to the communities of Morongo Valley, Yucca Valley, Pioneertown, Landers and Lucerne Valley, Joshua Tree, Twentynine Palms, and Wonder Valley.

When Sandy first moved to the area as a young teenager, there was just one traffic light in town, two grocery stores, and not much else. Over the years she has come to appreciate the natural beauty and quaint feel of the Morongo Basin. In 1995 she graduated from Cal State San Bernardino with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. She worked for several years in advertising and public relations before becoming a Realtor in 2006. Sandy enjoys sharing her knowledge of the area and the market with her clients. She gives them the local insight into everything including great places to dine, local churches and schools, or just a place to hang out.

Sandy’s husband of 30+ years is a local painting contractor, Pacific Painting, and a lifetime resident of the area. They are grounded in the community and appreciate all it has to offer. From the awesome sunsets to the near-perfect climate, the Morongo Basin will be home to them for many years to come.

Covering real estate and relocation, Sandy is an expert contributor for Big Blend Radio and Big Blend Magazines.
