THREE RIVERS HISTORICAL SOCIETY MUSEUM

The Three Rivers Historical Society Museum was established in 1991 with a mission to preserve the history of the region. The museum showcases the extensive history of Three Rivers and Sequoia National Park region, and has a Native American Village that features a summer home, winter home, and an acorn grainery. Inside the museum, one can learn about the area’s logging and cattle ranching history, military history, local Yokut Indian history, and more. There’s a beautiful water feature at the entrance, and an impressive, giant Paul Bunyan statue that welcomes visitors to the museum as well as to the town of Three Rivers.
