This home is a great location for two families to share their time together! The newly remodeled house is a modern decor with a 70’s retro mix. Decor throughout the house has be designed and built by the homeowner.  The main floor offers amazing views from the front deck on the upper level where you can BBQ.


During the winter months there is fireplace inside with plenty of couch space for everyone to relax around. The kitchen is supplied with plenty of dishes and utensils for your cooking needs. Stainless steel appliances and a beautiful butcher block counter to give you great equipment and space to prepare the family feasts! The basement offers a bedroom and a game room for the children to play in! There is a stereo system with a large collection of records, keyboard, chess board, games, DVDs. This home has forced heat and air conditioning.

​This home is a 3 bedroom and two bath home that can sleep up to 10 people in beds! There is a master bedroom with a king size bed, a guest bedroom with a king size bed, and in the basement there are two bunk beds. One bunk bed has a full size mattress on the bottom and twin on top and the other bunk bed has three twin size beds.

Besides exploring Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, both known for their Giant Sequoia Trees, hiking trails and wildlife viewing, Three Rivers offers a variety of seasonal activities that include white water rafting, horseback riding, kayaking and canoeing at Lake Kaweah, nature trails and spring wildflower viewing. Three Rivers is a vibrant art community and a year-round destination that boasts four gentle seasons and hosts a full calendar of events and festivals.
