April 9: Anacortes UNCORKED Wine & Food Experience – A wine and food pairing infused with effervescence, coastal charm, and of course, delicious wine from all across the Pacific Northwest, and hors d’oeuvres from local favorites. Grab your friends, choose a time slot, and let your taste buds lead the way! Enjoy the beauty of Fidalgo Island while tasting full-bodied sweet and savory cabernets to light, dry, and crisp pinot grigios; savor gourmet hors d’oeuvres, and taste an array of cheeses and accompaniments. Visit the on-site shop for an opportunity to take some of these artfully prepared wines and delicious foods home.

April 30 – May 7: Anacortes Charm Walk – Explore Anacortes’ historic downtown April 30 – May 7, for the first Anacortes Charm walk! Charmers can pick up their bracelets at the Chamber office or have them shipped to you before the event. Visit an eclectic mix of vintage shops, boutiques, coffee shops, eateries, and more to collect your charms.

May 19-21: Anacortes Boat & Yacht Show – Stop by and walk the docks May 19-21, where you can browse boats and yachts of all sizes from your favorite brands, dealers, brokers, and exhibitors in one place.

June 4-5: Anacortes Waterfront Festival
– The Anacortes Waterfront Festival showcases the best of waterfront activities. On Saturday, Quick and Dirty Boat Building teams build boats all day and then test their floatability. Take a free boat ride, register at the gazebo by the marina’s main office. Hands-on children’s activities include building wooden sailboats with Fidalgo Island Rotary, games, making costumes, and more. Channel of Discovery displays range from model boats, tide pool exploration to learning about our waterfront environment. A great variety of food vendors offer everything from crab and shrimp melts, mini donuts, deep-fried Twinkies, gyros, to Hawaiian BBQ and more! Relax in the beer garden with live music and sea shanties.
